Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Ready to Create is a six-week live educational program with a limited number of places per cohort. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled when you purchase a place in the program.
1. Your Right to Withdraw
If you purchase Ready to Create online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, subject to applicable law.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this right.
To withdraw, contact us at [your business email address] with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your enrolment. You may also use the withdrawal form or online cancellation facility provided on our website.
We will process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable law.
2. Enrollment and Program Start Dates
Ready to Create is offered during a defined enrollment period, with a fixed start date and a limited number of places.
Closing the enrollment period or starting the program does not automatically end any statutory withdrawal right that you may have.
Your statutory withdrawal period generally begins on the date you enter into the contract, not on the program start date.
3. Withdrawal After the Program Has Started
If you withdraw within the statutory withdrawal period after the program has begun, the amount refunded will depend on the services already delivered and the applicable legal requirements.
Where you have expressly requested that the program begin during the statutory withdrawal period, and all legal requirements have been met, we may charge a proportionate amount for the part of the service provided up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal.
Any deduction will reflect the proportion of the contracted service actually delivered. It will not be an arbitrary cancellation fee or penalty.
If the legal requirements for charging for services already performed have not been met, you will not be charged for those services where applicable law prohibits such a charge.
Digital course materials may be subject to separate statutory withdrawal rules. Any loss of a withdrawal right relating to digital content will only apply where the relevant legal conditions, including any required express consent and acknowledgement, have been satisfied.
4. Cancellations After the Withdrawal Period
Once your statutory withdrawal period has expired, we do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee.
If you decide not to participate, withdraw from the program, miss live sessions or stop completing assignments, you will not automatically be entitled to a refund.
This does not affect any refund or other remedy to which you may be entitled under applicable law, including where the program is not delivered as agreed.
5. Cancellation or Postponement by Ready to Create
If we cancel a cohort before it begins, you will receive a refund of payments made for that cohort, unless you freely agree to an alternative arrangement permitted by law.
If we postpone a cohort or make a material change to the advertised program, we will inform you and explain the available options. Where required by law, these options will include an appropriate refund or other remedy.
If an individual live session is cancelled or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement session or another appropriate solution.
6. Course Materials and Access
Course materials are released progressively in conjunction with the six-week program schedule. Enrolment does not provide immediate access to all course materials.
Access to materials and participation in live sessions are provided in accordance with the program description and schedule.
The progressive release of course materials does not remove any statutory withdrawal rights or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is due, we will process it within the period required by applicable law and, where required, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without incurring additional costs.
We will not charge a fee for processing a statutory refund.
Where a lawful proportionate deduction applies for services already performed, we will explain how the amount was calculated.
