In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business identified above. “You” and “participant” refer to any person who purchases a place in Ready to Create.

By purchasing a place in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

2. The Ready to Create Program

Ready to Create is a six-week educational program designed to help beginner videographers develop their camera skills, creative direction, production planning, filming, editing and storytelling.

Depending on the program description for your cohort, the program may include:

  • Weekly live group coaching sessions.

  • Weekly individual coaching sessions.

  • Practical assignments and feedback.

  • Learning materials and educational resources.

  • Communication and support through designated channels.

  • Guidance towards creating a finished video suitable for a personal portfolio.

The specific inclusions, schedule, format and deliverables will be described on the relevant program sales page or in the information provided before enrollment.

Ready to Create is an educational program. It does not guarantee employment, freelance clients, income, commercial success or any particular creative outcome.

3. Enrollment and Limited Availability

Ready to Create is offered in scheduled cohorts with a limited number of places.

Enrollment is available during the announced enrollment period. We may close enrollment earlier if all available places have been filled.

A place is confirmed once we have accepted your enrollment and received the required payment, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Places are limited to eight participants per cohort unless stated otherwise for a particular cohort.

Purchasing a place reserves access to the specified cohort. A place may not be resold or transferred to another person without our prior written approval.

We reserve the right to decline an enrollment where reasonably necessary, including where a cohort is full or the enrollment cannot be processed.

4. Program Dates and Schedule

Each cohort has a published start date and an intended six-week schedule.

The relevant dates, session times, format and preparation instructions will be communicated before the program begins.

Participants are responsible for checking the schedule and ensuring that they can reasonably participate.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver sessions according to the published schedule. If we need to change a session time, we will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably possible and provide a reasonable alternative where practicable.

If we need to make a material change to the program, we will communicate the change and any available options. Nothing in these terms removes any remedy or refund right available to you under applicable law.

5. Access to Course Materials

All course materials included in Ready to Create will be made available on the first day of the six-week cohort.

Participants can access the full curriculum from the start date. Live group sessions, personal coaching, assignments and feedback will follow the program schedule communicated before the cohort begins.

6. Course Materials and Access

Ready to Create includes educational materials designed to support participants throughout the six-week program.

The course materials will be released progressively and in conjunction with the program schedule. This approach allows participants to work through the relevant material alongside the live sessions, practical assignments and weekly learning objectives.

Enrollment does not provide immediate access to all course materials. Access will be provided according to the program's delivery schedule.

Access to materials is intended for the participant's personal educational use. The availability, format and duration of access will be communicated as part of the relevant offer.

Where lifetime access or other specific access benefits are expressly promised, those benefits will be governed by the terms of that offer. We will not materially reduce a promised benefit without an appropriate basis under applicable law.

7. Price and Payment

The price for Ready to Create is €495 per participant, unless another price is expressly stated in the relevant offer.

The applicable total price, including any taxes that must legally be included, will be displayed before purchase.

Payment must be completed using the payment method offered during enrollment, unless we have agreed to an alternative arrangement in writing.

A place is not guaranteed until the enrollment has been confirmed.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may contact you to resolve the issue. Where payment remains outstanding, we may suspend access to the program after giving appropriate notice, subject to applicable law.

Any optional products or services not expressly included in the offer may be charged separately only where their purchase has been agreed.

8. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

If you purchase Ready to Create as a consumer through our website or another distance-selling method, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of concluding the contract.

Where this right applies, you may exercise it without giving a reason and without an additional cancellation fee.

To exercise your right, contact us at [business contact email] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may also use any legally required online withdrawal facility or model withdrawal form made available for this purpose.

We will acknowledge your request and process any refund in accordance with applicable law.

If you expressly request that the service begin during the statutory withdrawal period, specific rules may apply to payment for services already performed. Any required request, consent and acknowledgement will be obtained separately before the relevant service begins.

The statutory withdrawal right will only expire or be limited where the legal conditions for that outcome have been met. Purchasing a place in a cohort, the closing of enrollment or the arrival of the program start date does not, by itself, remove a statutory withdrawal right.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Cancellations and Refunds Outside the Statutory Withdrawal Period

Once any applicable statutory withdrawal period has expired, cancellations initiated by a participant will be handled in accordance with the cancellation terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise or a refund is required by law, we do not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee.

If you decide not to participate, stop attending sessions, fail to complete assignments or withdraw from the program after the applicable withdrawal period, you will not automatically be entitled to a refund.

We will consider individual circumstances where appropriate. Any discretionary refund or alternative arrangement is assessed on its own merits and does not create an obligation to offer the same arrangement in every case.

This section does not exclude any refund, price reduction, termination right or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.

10. Cancellation or Postponement by Us

We make reasonable efforts to deliver each cohort as advertised.

If we cancel a cohort before it begins, we will notify enrolled participants and provide a refund of payments made for the cancelled program, unless you freely agree to an alternative arrangement permitted by law.

If we postpone a cohort or make a material change to its delivery, we will inform affected participants and explain the available options. Where required by law, these options will include an appropriate refund or other remedy.

If an individual live session must be cancelled or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement session or another appropriate solution.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have if the program is not delivered as agreed.

11. Attendance and Participation

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, engaging with the learning activities and completing assignments to the extent they wish to benefit from the program.

If you cannot attend a live session, please notify us as early as reasonably possible.

Missed sessions do not automatically entitle you to a refund or individual replacement coaching. Any recordings, alternative materials or catch-up arrangements will be provided only where stated in the program offer or separately agreed.

We cannot guarantee that every missed session can be rescheduled individually.

We ask all participants to communicate respectfully, participate constructively and respect the learning environment and privacy of others.

12. Equipment and Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for having the equipment and internet access reasonably necessary to participate.

Unless the relevant offer states otherwise, participants should have:

  • A camera capable of recording video and allowing manual control of key exposure settings.

  • A computer or laptop capable of running suitable video-editing software.

  • A stable internet connection and access to the communication tools used for the program.

Expensive equipment is not required unless expressly stated in the relevant offer.

We are not responsible for technical problems caused by a participant's own equipment, software, internet connection or third-party services. This does not affect our obligations where a problem is caused by our own systems or where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Intellectual Property

All original course materials, educational resources, written content, presentations, videos, templates and other materials supplied by us remain our intellectual property or are used under the appropriate license.

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own educational purposes, subject to the terms of the offer.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Reproduce or redistribute course materials for commercial purposes.

  • Share paid materials or login credentials with people who have not purchased access.

  • Resell, sublicense or publish our materials as your own product.

  • Use our materials to create or distribute a competing educational product based substantially on those materials.

You retain ownership of original work you create during the program, subject to any third-party rights, licences or other agreements that apply to that work.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your original creative work to us.

14. Community, Privacy and Confidentiality

Participants may be invited to communicate through group calls, email, WhatsApp or an online community.

Participants must respect the privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property of other participants. You may not share another participant's personal information, private messages, work-in-progress or feedback outside the program without their permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that any work you submit may lawfully be shared with us and, where relevant, other participants.

We will process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Any recording of a live session that identifies participants will be handled in accordance with the information and permissions provided for that recording. Participants should not record or distribute sessions without the necessary permission.

15. Founding Member Benefits

If you enroll as one of the eligible Founding Members, you may receive additional benefits described in the relevant offer.

These may include lifetime access to specified course materials and updates, a discount on future educational products, admission to selected future events, opportunities to provide feedback, and recognition as a Founding Member.

The precise scope and conditions of each benefit will be set out in the Founding Member offer. Discounts apply only to eligible products and cannot be exchanged for cash. Event benefits do not include travel, accommodation or personal expenses unless expressly stated.

Benefits described as lifetime access or lifetime discounts will be interpreted in accordance with the specific promise made in the offer. We will not withdraw a promised benefit arbitrarily.

16. Third-Party Services

The program may use third-party platforms for video calls, payments, communications, file sharing or educational resources.

Those services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and availability limitations.

We are not responsible for independent changes or outages caused by third-party providers, except to the extent that applicable law makes us responsible or our own obligations are affected.

17. Liability

We will provide the program with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the applicable offer.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a participant's use of the program, including loss of anticipated income, clients or business opportunities.

We do not guarantee any particular educational, professional or financial result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

18. Complaints and Contact

If you have a question, concern or complaint about Ready to Create, please contact us at:

Email: nick.readytocreate@gmail.com

Please describe the issue and include any relevant order information. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve the matter promptly.

You may also have access to statutory consumer dispute-resolution or court procedures under applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions for future enrollments.

The version applicable to your purchase will be the version presented to you when you enter into the agreement, subject to any lawful changes or updates that may apply.

We will not use a general update to remove rights or materially reduce benefits already promised to existing participants without an appropriate legal basis.

20. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to you under applicable law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country and mandatory provisions of that country's law apply to your purchase, nothing in these terms is intended to deprive you of those protections.

Any dispute will be handled by a competent court in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where legally possible, in a way that most closely reflects its original purpose without infringing applicable law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the relevant program description, confirmed purchase details and any additional written terms agreed with you, form the agreement relating to your enrollment in Ready to Create.

If a specific promise in the program offer conflicts with a general provision in these terms, the specific promise will apply to the extent required by the agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes any statutory rights or remedies available to you.
